Using that experience, we put together an easy, successful process that anyone can follow to get a divorce processed. We ask you to fill out some basic forms with information about your marriage and then we create all the paperwork needed by the court for you. We also include simple instructions on how to file your case.
You will need to pay a filing fee to the county when you file the paperwork we give you. Later, you will need to appear in court. Our directions guide you through the process of filing and tell you exactly what to do in the courtroom during your appearance.
